While celebrating the life and service of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, I was reminded of his dream of the Beloved Community and how closely it aligns with our dreams for Boulder and Colorado. In the Beloved Community, people take care of each other, poverty, hunger, and homelessness are not tolerated, and racism is replaced by an all-inclusive spirit of sisterhood and brotherhood. This is the kind of community many of us dream of, and I am ready to do the work to get us there. But first, I need to get on the ballot.

Today I’m launching my petition drive to qualify for the ballot , so that you’ll have a progressive choice in the 2024 primary. We’ll have 2 months to collect 1000 valid signatures from registered Democrats in District 18, and it will take all of us to get there. Here’s how you can help…
